Enrolment at the school is subject to the following terms and conditions, which apply to all families.

1. Parents will agree to allow the child to share fully in the life and program of the school, including the devotional activities and doctrinal lessons.

2. Parents will support the aims of the school so that the child will be given every opportunity to grow up into Christ.

3. Any health or educational difficulties should be declared.

4. Parents undertake to provide the child with equipment of a personal nature that may be additional to what the school provides, which will enable the child to benefit from the education offered.

5. Parents undertake to provide the child with the correct school uniform, and ensure that the child is always sent to school neatly and modestly dressed.

6. Parents accept the right of the school to employ such discipline as it deems wise and expedient for the child (within the limits of the Law).

7. All fees are payable in advance and where payment is not made within 2 weeks of the date due; a late payment charge may be made unless the Business Manager is notified of financial difficulties. Where the payment of fees imposes undue hardship on the family, alternate arrangements may be discussed with the Business Manager. If fees are over a term late the Business Manager will make arrangements for the family to be on Direct Debit.

8. A refund of unused fees on termination of enrolment will be solely at the discretion of the College Board.

9. The College may suspend or terminate Enrolment at its discretion for failure to comply with these conditions or other serious breaches of the College’s rules and regulations.
